Madeline is a Baby Plan graduate that came for her two year portraits last week. She also brought along older brother and Mom and Dad for a family portrait. It takes Maddie a while to warm up but by the end of the session, with Mom and Dad chasing her, we got some great smiles.

It seems as though fall has arrived. One day it’s 75 and sunny and the next the wind is blowing, leaves are dropping and the temperature plummets. I love that chill in the air – fall is without question my favorite time of year.
Was up until two in the morning last night connecting a new wireless router so both of our home computers have internet access. I work on portrait orders at a computer in the basement but this machine was never connected to the internet. I’d have to finish an order, save to a jump drive and then take it upstairs and upload to the lab from that machine. Not a huge hassle but often times Kate and I were “fighting” for computer time. This will be much easier.
Watched an on-line video yesterday and the speaker recommended “iGoogle”. I’m sure everyone but me has heard of it but if you haven’t I highly recommend it. It allows you to have all of your favorite “spots” on one page plus there is a plethora of nifty gadgets you can add to your page. Doppler Radar, your Facebook wall, Twitter, inspirational quotes; the list is endless.
Now if I could just figure out RSS feeds!!!;-(
